RESIZING

FAYENDRA customers can resize a ring, bracelet, chain, or necklace using laser machines from the distinctive FAYENDRA brand, which leave no trace on the welding site thanks to the use of Italian laser technology. However, in rare cases we can’t resize pieces that contain lobes on the complete ring circumference because resizing can cause the lobes to fall out.

INSTALLATION OF LOBES

Fayendra customers may have their jewelry repaired in the event of lost stones or gems due to normal wear and tear, prolonged use, accidental falls, or other incidents. Simply bring the item to the nearest branch, and we will replace the missing stones for a nominal fee. With Fayendra’s stone replacement service, your jewelry is guaranteed to last.

CLEANING AND POLISHING

FAYENDRA customers can benefit from the cleaning and polishing service using ultrasonic technology & special cleaning materials available at FAYENDRA service centers, thus returning the piece to its bright silver luster as new.

PLATING

FAYENDRA customers can now restore the original shine and appearance of their pieces through our professional replating service in rhodium or gold. Simply visit the nearest branch and request the plating service. Your item will be returned with a renewed, brilliant finish — all at a nominal cost.

WELDING

FAYENDRA customers can weld any FAYENDRA product if it breaks, or due to normal wear and tear or due to an accident. Welding the jewelry using CNC Italian laser technology and laser machines will return it as if it were new with no signs of welding.

Fayendra provides all maintenance services (Re-sizing – cleaning and polishing – painting – welding) at a nominal price.

Additional repairs may be performed for a nominal fee, with the cost determined based on the specific condition of the item.

  • Converting the bracelet appendages into earrings or into a pendant.
  • Canes (crutches) can also be repaired according to possibility.
  • Reconnecting the rosary, whether with thread or string.
  • Changing the watch battery, the watch mechanism, or the leather.
  • Rejoining the pearl necklace and welding the lock.
  • Precision cutting and shaping of gemstones.

  • Fayendra apologizes for being unable to fully repair items that have been damaged due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
