We are committed to serving you as you prefer. To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a clear and accurate address, including the building number, street name, neighborhood, city, and a nearby landmark. Make sure to also provide a correct mobile number and the recipient’s full name.
Before placing your order, please double-check the specifications and agree to our website's terms and conditions.
Orders are reviewed and shipped through our "Home Delivery" service daily, excluding Fridays, public holidays, and special occasions, and will be delivered within 3-10 business days* from the payment date.
Please note that our delivery partner does not process orders on public holidays, and these days are not counted as business days.
Our "Home Delivery" service is often a "door-to-door" service, although it may not be applicable in some circumstances due to delivery service constraints in remote regions or imprecise addresses.
If an inaccurate address is provided, or if the address changes after shipment, the customer will be charged a fee of 30 SAR.
If an inaccurate mobile number is provided, or if the phone number changes after shipment, the customer will be charged a cost of 30 SAR.
If the customer fails to receive or refuses the shipment, a fee of 30 SAR will be deducted for shipping and return, with the remaining amount refunded within 3 business days after we receive the returned item.
If the customer requests a reshipment, a new delivery fee of 23 SAR will apply.
