Fayendra Warranty Policy

FAYENDRA guarantees that all its products are free from manufacturing defects. 
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use.

What the warranty covers


- Silver is pure 925 for sliver products or stainless steel 316 L for stainless steel products (such as watches)

  • The embedded stones are natural and of high value, not glass or crystal.
  • All manufacturing defects, excluding those arising from normal wear and tear or usage

The warranty does not cover

  • Damage to products due to accidents or misuse.
  • Damage to products due to modification or attempt to repair.
  • Damage to products due to negligence after purchase or due to normal wear and tear resulting from use.
  • Damage to products as a result of not following the product care instructions.
  • Damage to the prayer beads resulting from falls or twisting of the cord.
  • The warranty does not cover the loss of the product or any of its components, including but not limited to rosary beads or stones.

Claims covered by the warranty

  • In the case that the silver purity is less than 925 for silver products or stainless
    steel is less than 316 L for stainless steel products (such as watches).
  • If the stones are glass, plastic, crystal, or not valuable stones.
  • In case stones fall due to poor installation before the customer use. Any manufacturing defects in the product that are not a result of use.

In case that one of the mentioned defects is available

  • Replace the product with a similar piece if it’s available, or the customer pays the difference if the replacement is of higher value.
  • Replace it with a piece of similar value

How to claim warranty

  • We kindly ask you to visit one of our showrooms to replace the defected product. Kindly keep the invoice in case of claiming the warranty.

Who the warranty includes

  • The guarantee includes the original buyer of the product labeled Fayendra logo and to the subsequent owners of the product during the warranty period. The purchase receipt is considered evidence of the purchase of the product. The owners of Fayendra products must maintain the receipt in case of a claim under this guarantee.
